Access is conditional on local law. If your state or territory restricts or prohibits online gaming, these terms do not grant you permission to use the platform — eligibility is determined by the law applicable in your location at the time of access.

We may update the terms at any time and will notify you by email at least 7 days before a material change takes effect. Continuing to use your account after that date counts as acceptance; if you do not agree, you may close your account before the change applies.

Active account data is flagged for deletion immediately on closure. Transaction records required by law are retained for the statutory period and then purged. You may request a copy of your data before closure by contacting support via email.

If a UPI or Paytm deposit fails after your bank debits the amount, the funds are returned to your source account within 3-5 business days. You can track the reversal status from the payments section in your account dashboard.

Withdrawals are available to accounts that have completed identity verification and have at least one successful deposit recorded. The withdrawal destination — UPI handle, Paytm wallet, or PhonePe number — must match the name registered on your account.

We may suspend an account if we detect activity that breaches these terms, including multiple accounts from the same device or attempts to circumvent verification. We will notify you by email and give you the opportunity to respond before a permanent closure decision is made.

Email our compliance desk with the subject 'Terms Dispute', include your account ID and a description of the decision you are challenging. We will respond in writing within 48 hours citing the specific clause and our reasoning for the original decision.
